Hi! We are planning on getting an IKEA PAX closet for our wardrobe. We would prefer the 236 cm height model due to ceiling height of 260 cm, but there is a box that is running the length of the wall that only has a height of 226 cm from the floor. The box is about 9 cm deep. Would it be possible to cut a notch out of the back of the whole length of the PAX closet at approximately 10x10 cm to accommodate the smaller height at the back? Has anyone done anything similar? The image shows the box we have to deal with.
