I have an AD5m pro, and after months of no issues. It did a phantom print. The day before I had completed a 12 hour print. So thought the nozzle was clogged or something. Cleaned that up, still same issue. Opened up the extruder to get to the gears cleaned it up (not my first time doing it) but there was not much stuck there.

Still the filament starts loading and then stops, I can see and hear the gears moving but the filament is not being pulled in all the way to the nozzle.

Appreciate any advice
