15 years ago we were on the way to Ohio to visit my in-laws and we had been talking about getting a dog. My wife was picking up all the puppies one by one and then she picked up on, put him down and just stayed there. He went home with us.
I was hoping his leg wound would be healed by his birthday. Close but not quite there yet, so body suit for a while longer.
The birthday started with corn beef hash with fried egg then we went and visited a doodle friend in the neighborhood. At diner he had catfish and shrimp. After that he opened presents and then finished off the night with a dogster ice cream with whipped cream and a puperoni .
