Does your doodle have a job?

I am trying to come up with little jobs for our almost 2 year old doodle.
He’s getting pretty good at cleaning up toys, putting them back into a big basket.
He’s also learned to pick up his leash when dropped.

What kind of tasks are your doodles doing?

Who else watches TV

Our 4 month old, Sophia, loves watching the tube.
Subject matter does seem to matter!

Obsidian has been interviewing this ball for 30 minutes. So far the ball has refused to cooperate. The chomping will continue until answers are provided. 😂

Yankee Doodle "Doodette"

Shadow wishes everyone a Happy 4th of July!!

Her favorite way to beat the 93° heat is a ride on "her buggy" (side by side)!! Or sitting in her puppy pool🤣

Have any of yall had anything like this ?

This is Corduroy, the sweetest boy who ever walked the earth. In the past 18 months or so I guess this big growth has formed on his head , it hid under some of his hair for a while but it’s just been getting bigger, vet shaved around it and he said it’s just a skin tag if it’s not bothering him to just let it be. I have no real problem with that but it’s kinda ugly and I don’t want my sweet boy to be judged for it. Should we get rid of it?

Fresh groom smell

I took Tofu to a new groomer yesterday and was really nervous because they are suspiciously cheap (I usually pay 180 AUD because he is ‘large breed’ but this place was 110) but he came out looking so fresh, clean, happy and smelling amazing!

It was a pet store groomers but I could tell the two young girls there really put so much care into the groom. He smelled so good that I let him sleep out of his crate for once so I could hold him hostage in bed and just keep sniffing him 😅

Pics are before and after groom

Doodle in Pompeii

Took the doodle to Pompeii to help develop her appreciation for classical European culture.

Pros:

  • A massive architectural site with no cars to explore
  • Obstacles to jump around on
  • Resident cats to peak curiosity
  • Tourist who love dogs
  • Italian staff who also love dogs

Cons:

  • Hot with limited shelter shoes are a must
  • Not all indoor sites are dog accessible
  • Cats don't actually care for doggy diplomacy
  • Dog did not care for ancient Roman history

Bottom line: great place to take your dog just come prepared with water and shoes for the heat.
