2019 Avalon Touring 98k miles $21.5k?
I’m looking at a Touring 2019 with almost 100k miles for $21k, is this a good bet? I’m mostly worried about the high mileage…would love your input!

I freed up $80k because I will most likely need it in 12 months. I put it in FNSXX mutual fund. Is this a better option than a HYSA?
I’m hoping to use this towards a down payment on a house. I understand the housing market is wacky right now. I’m waiting to see what unfolds over the next. 8-12 months. But in the mean time, I wanted to take money out of the market and put it somewhere liquid and safe but still generate some return. What are your thoughts? Thanks all and good luck out there.
