Suggestions for lighter/not deep spreads or how to practice on a bad day?
English is not my first language, so forgive me in advance. I started not long ago and noticed that most of the spreads deals with rather heavy topics, or to articulate better, something to make you reflect about yourself and/or your life in various aspects. The thing is: I want to make practicing tarot a part of my routine, but how can I do it in a lighter way? I've had a tiring week, I just want to do what I'm ought to and unwind. The last thing I want to do is to poke myself by reflecting about my life when I'm already feeling depressed on my own lol.
Anyway, do you guys have any suggestions on light spreads or how to practice even when you're not in a self reflection mood?
