Rent is $495 a month + ~$100 in utilities. You will have five very kind, clean, and accepting housemates. The room is in the basement of the house, with another housemate, which includes its own bathroom and kitchen separate from the rest of the house! The house itself is in good condition

If you are in need of furniture, I have several plastic drawers I will be leaving behind, as well as a bed frame I am more than willing to sell, though both are optional to your needs!
