Feeling like a horrible mom.

Last night my daughter’s sensor expired, she was in good range when I changed it. After the warm up she was still in good range 80-85. This morning suddenly after breakfast she shot up super high, gave her 4 units for breakfast she was at 130. Pump is still intact yet she continued to climb into the no reading zone HIGH after giving an additional 2 units. Gave her an injection of 4 units and when her cgm said 400 I did a finger prick and it said 321!!! That’s 80 under, so are you telling me that her showing in range before bed and this morning she was actually in critical LOW range?! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😭😭😭 I feel like I can’t win with these sensors. Usually when I calibrate they are always only a few points off, the one time I don’t check immediately it’s 80 lower?!! I just keep beating myself up and thinking how grateful I am she woke up fine this morning. Now I’m terrified and will probably finger prick several times a day. Anyone have anything similar happen? Could she really have been that low or were the starting readings accurate and it just couldn’t keep up this morning?
