I am 12 weeks, 6 days today 🎉 HELLO SECOND TRIMESTER!
I just had the realization last night while looking at myself in the mirror that I actually have an almost 3inch miniature human being growing inside of me. I held my hand up measuring the size of my baby right now and i was like OMG! You’re really in there. 😂
It’s really weird because I’ve had 2 ultrasounds as of now. One was at my OB’s office at 10 weeks, 1 day and it went by really quickly. The second was at a boutique ultrasound location on Monday at 12 weeks, 4 days and the sonographer really took her time with the ultrasound. I was able to see the baby bouncing and turning over and putting his hand in his mouth, I was so in awwwwwww 🥰
Like, intellectually, I knew I’m pregnant sure from the pregnancy tests, but last night it really clicked for the first time. With the ultrasound scans I just had this feeling like I was watching someone else’s pregnancy video on YouTube.
But hello to my beautiful baby boy growing inside me 👋🏽😭
