Trouble chewing / Swallowing issues

I'm a 31 YOA male. About a week ago I struggled to chew and swallow food, and I noticed that I have a tight jaw and my tongue feels tingly. I couldn't eat, anything I try to eat turns to ash in my mouth and I can't swallow the food. If i take really tiny bites and really focus I can manage some food but I'm constantly nauseous, it takes me forever to eat now, I'd if an eat at all. My neck is also tight and feels swollen.

My jaw feels tired and tight and a kinda weird when I chew food, I can drink liquids OK, bit I'm worried it's Bulbar ALS.

It started originally as anxiety I had Limb Onset because I was having strange leg pain/cramps that my Dr referred me to PT for. I have lower back pain and he said it could be related. Then I started to have the oral symptoms a week ago and I'm worried that it's a symptom.

I also have legs cramps and pain in my calves, hand weakness and discomfort, my hands also feel tight.

I'm hungry but the minute I try to eat I just can't, I was able to eat a whole meal yesterday but its all I had really for the last few days.
