Tonight all my Frosters aren't being discounted after entering phone numbers or scanning barcodes and totaling out. Did the discount stop recently because I never was informed of the discount being removed.

So when some customers come in their Kool app coupon works but for others it doesn't. Does anyone know how to correctly scan the coupon on the Kool app and in what order so it actually applies to the purchase?

Or when does too many voids become a problem?

I was told overnight shifts that fall on Friday don't get paid till the next week. However I also didn't get paid for OT for two weeks because my manager said I didn't remind them I was missing pay before payroll went in and now it looks like I won't be getting paid for those hours who can I escalate this to?

merchandise without paying and now worried about getting terminated. I don't know what to say.

Why do all the others(Bucees , Benny's,RaceTrac ) pay more and require less?

If an employee has been flagged for possible Loss how long before termination happens?
