Looking for fantasy books with fairies inspired by old folklore and fairy tales

I’m looking for fantasy recommendations featuring fairies, preferably with a female protagonist who is a fairy herself
I’m open to older books, especially from the ’90s or earlier, but newer books are welcome too as long as they have that old-fashioned fantasy feel
What I’m really looking for is the kind of atmosphere you find in old European fairy tales, like the stories collected by the Brothers Grimm or Hans Christian Andersen. I want fairies that feel closer to their original folklore roots rather than the elves or fae we often see in modern fantasy and romantasy
I’d love something magical, dreamlike, mysterious and perhaps a little melancholic or unsettling. Fairies that feel genuinely otherworldly, with their own nature and rules, rather than just beautiful humans with pointed ears and magical powers
I’m especially interested in stories where the fairy protagonist is central to the plot, rather than fairies simply appearing as side characters
I’d also love recommendations that capture the atmosphere of an old fairy tale, with beautiful prose and a sense of wonder, mystery or even bittersweet melancholy
Does anyone know any books like this? I’d love to hear your recommendations!

What makeup looks would you recommend ?

Help. I’m looking for makeup advice from girls who are really into makeup, especially if you have similar features to me. I’ve been thinking about changing up my look a little and getting more into makeup. I started wearing it about 7 years ago, but I’ve never really been someone who wears a lot of it or feels like I need it
For reference, I have very fair skin, brown eyes, straight dark brown hair and a round, youthful-looking face. What kind of makeup do you think would suit me?

For women who are very introverted rarely go out and never made the first move how did you eventually meet someone ?

What did you actually do to meet someone? How did you start talking to them or eventually find a someone ?

Does anyone know if there are any MCs with brown eyes?

I feel like I barely ever see the European MCs with brown eyes. Most of them seem to have either green or blue eyes, which are usually considered more “special” or unique, while brown eyes are generally seen as more common. I know it’s such a specific thing to notice 😭 but I’d honestly love to see more European MCs with brown eyes
I think Mia from Moonborn had brown eyes, if I remember correctly, but I can’t really think of many others. Maybe I’m just forgetting some, so if you know any please tell me!

What’s your favorite soundtrack for a LI from all the stories you’ve played?

And do you feel like it actually fits them as a character?
I’ll start with Cain because I swear his soundtrack is SO good. Like genuinely one of my favorites in RC.
I got curious and looked it up and apparently it’s on Spotify too . And obviously it’s in Latin, which somehow makes it even better. I looked up the translation and it’s actually really interesting, so I’ll leave it below.
I feel like it fits Cain ridiculously well, especially because he’s an angel. There’s something so… otherworldly about him? Like he doesn’t really feel human, and I think the whole Latin + religious/angelic vibe fits that side of him so well.
Idk how to explain it and I feel like it captures pretty well how I’d imagine an angel sounding in a fictional universe like this so the soundtrack makes SO much sense for him lmao
**Translation:**
Hail, Almighty
Creator of heaven and earth
Hail, Almighty
Creator of all things visible

The original lyrics :
Ave omnipotente
Factorem caeli et terrae
Ave omnipotente
Visibilium omnium
