Modultra RTX PRO 6000 / 5090 Fe water block sneak peak

Hi guys just wanted to post up some photos of our new up and coming RTX Pro 6000 / 5090 Fe water block. The block is intended to work with both Nvidia 5090 Fe and 6000 pro. The block uses a giant billet of 6061 for the entire back plate. The back plate is essentially the majority of the block. The back plate is mechanically heatsinked to the front side to it is a semi active back plate and this helps with memory temps. During testing we saw a 25-30 degree reduction of memory and 20-25 degree reduction in Gpu temperatures, versus the stock cooler.

Customer wants a part machined from A36 steel, tolerance is+/- .0019. However they are specifying a 25 micro meter surface finish non directional. Im not even sure how to get a surface this rough. Possibly sand blasting? Anyone ever have to achieve this kind of finish?
