I have a 2020 Honda accord hybrid (90,000 miles) and have had zero issues with it. Have been on top of routine maintenance and haven’t had any issues with my AC. It blows cold air and I haven’t noticed any noises/clicking. I took it in for an oil change, rotation and other standard maintenance and they sent me a video of my car telling me they need to do a full diagnostic of my AC unit and replace the condenser. They quoted me about $1500 for both the inspection and replacement. Am I getting scammed or do I actually need to fork out this $? The video above is what the dealership sent me. TIA!
