When making the first message for a bot, I'm curious how many of you write the message yourself, and how many use the ai to write it in character for you, or something else?
Also I'm trying to decide the formatting currently and struggling a little, what kind of formatting do you guys use for internal thoughts and such?
Currently it seems like when making a bot, you can only have one draft at a time, but sometimes I want to work on multiple bots at once, like I don't want to publish an unfinished bot just so I can work on something else on another bot, is there any plans to be able to have more than one draft for bots?
Okay so I have two questions, I know they are kind of unrelated but I didn't want to make one post after another.
There's this bot creator who I'd like to edit their bot for private use and they allow it, in that case how do I copy the description for the bot, like it's open for me to see but it seems to have copy protection on it so how do you copy it and make a version for private use?
Second of all there is a bot idea I have, that I want to make, that basically includes two "personalities" in one character but when the character changes personalities some of their physical look changes to, I don't want to spoil too much what my idea is but that's the easiest way I feel like I can explain it, anyways does anyone who's made bots like that before or someone who knows a lot about how the LLM works, what is the best way to do the description for a bot like that? Like do I do it in two separate sections?
(I just want to add for anyone worried that I may be portraying multiple personality disorders or other similar mental conditions wrongly, the bot is not about that and the character does not have those mental conditions)
I have a question regarding fandoms and when using a fandom tag is appropriate. I'm just going to say I'm not a big fandom fan so I'm not too familiar with those features.
I have an idea for a bot, which includes a certain species which is from a large fandom, but the world and lore of the bot is completely different, I'm just using the species, do I mark it as part of that fandom or no?
