Hello hello! I've searched through the Internet and read up on a bunch of articles regarding this subject, and I've yet to come across any that give a conclusive answer. I know it's subjective depending on the person, but I figured, why not come to the people who have this, like I do, to get a better idea! So, how much do y'all drink a day? Currently I'm on a single liter, but I'm looking to up that amount soon.
