Minneapolis Troubleshooting Help

TL;DR: Looking for someone in the Minneapols - Twin Cities area who can come help troubleshoot my 480EX LiFePO4 setup in person and be compensated for their time.

So I converted my 480ex over to 4 EcoWorthy 12 Volt 100 AH LiFePO4 batteries 3 years ago and everything has been working great. Charged it up using the P3648 charger but realized earlier this summer it was the older style of the charger because after a mow I went to charge it back up and the base of the port cable had just the wrap. Long story short, I shorted it out while it was plugged in and now I can't seem to figure out my issue.

Basically, the mower will start and run but I can't get the charger to charge up the system through the charging port. I disconnected all 4 batteries and did a trickle charge on each one individually with a 12 V LiFePO4 trickle charger (measured ~13.3 V individually after charging). I connect everything back up and I'm getting only 36 V across the charging port. I even went and bought a new P3648 but no dice in getting a charge. I was getting the click at least before but now after monkeying around with the mower a bit I've got nothing.

I've been trying to troubleshoot this thing for two months now with no luck. My yard has gone to jungle and I've got two small kids so my free time is about nil. At this point I think I need to admit the issue is beyond me and could using a helping hand that knows what they're looking at. Would gladly compensate for any help, just would like to get this solved before the leaves start falling and before the snow (is also my plow for the driveway in the winter). Hoping to keep any costs cheaper than completely replacing the battery!
