Hi! I’m a 26 y/o F and I’ve been recently diagnosed with scarring alopecia and will go through a biopsy because my doctor suspects LPP. I’ve had seborrheic dermatitis in my scalp and eyebrows since I was a very young and I’ve had two bald spots that my doctors at the time didn’t describe as LPP. I’m very scared of having this condition and I would like to know if other women have gone through this at my age and if they could stop it from destroying their hair completely. From what I’ve seen the evolution is unpredictable and depends on treatments that are very damaging.
