something black looking under skin?
hi everyone
i have HS mainly between my breasts i had major abscesses there and had two surgeries before like a decade ago. since then i haven’t had abscesses but the area can flare in that it feels hardened or whatever and is just painful with very small pus openings or whatever they’re called and i have big breasts so it doesnt help. its been hurting the oast couple of days a lot i have to hold them up otherwise im in a lot of pain and i noticed one if the ‘bumpy’ or ‘hardened’ kind of lumps looks like theres something black under the skin does anyone know what this could be??
also bonus if someone can explain what the lumpy hard parts are. i think its referred to as tunnelling? tbh im very much uneducated on this condition and dont stay on top of treatments or anything with my derm so forgive my ignorance. TIA
