I run a cleaning company based in Dar es Salaam, and I'm trying to break into the commercial cleaning space, specifically targeting private offices. We're registered and ready to go, but I'm hitting a wall when it comes to actually landing those first few contracts.
For those who've been in this game, especially in East Africa, what's actually worked for you? Cold calling seems to be a dead end, and most places already have someone. Any clue?
