I believe I have been subjected to psychological torture and illegal surveillence
Not necesarily consumer law, but misconduct on their part.
Very long story, but im curious to see what the ramifacations would be if a foreign body had conducted illegal surveillence on someone in ireland, for example put cameras and mics in their room, broadcast these images to thousands of people, and along with that subjected them to severe psychological torture, such as telling them they will be tortured/killed slowly, how body parts would be chopped off, they would be burned alive ect. They said all this with joy and happiness.
Along side this they would have told all these people a horrible lie about me that has now put my life in danger, and i genuinely fear for my life as a result of them telling people these lies about me.
Every solicitor i have contacted, as im writing to them i can hear them talking on the radio calling them telling them not to take my case, telling them the same horrible lie theyve told everyone to turn them against me.
I tried to make a statement that my human rights have been violated to the local gardai, however i heard this body talking with them before i arrived and they told the guards under no circumstances are they to let me make a statement, and thats exactly what happened. When i asked to make a report i was removed from the station with force, over simply asking to make a report that i have been psychologically tortured. While outside and on my way to the station i heard them from radios in passing cars, and the people in the cars were staring at me.
After the guards refused to take my report i went to the Mental Health Unit so they would have to make a report, and while i was waiting in A&E there people were standing very close to me and i could hear the radios, and them asking/begging me not to make the report.
Finally i did say all of the above to the hopsital staff and they took it down, but i dont know where to go from here, and im very scared for my life.
Im taking to reddit because im honestly in fear for my life and i dont know what to do, i cant get a single solicitor to look at my case because i know how crazy it sounds, but if i can get someone to help me pull cctv from certain areas/times i can prove everything im saying is the truth.
I have made a complaint to both Fiosru and the european commission, but i am not hopeful to get anything back.
If anyone can please help me, or is able to remove the hissing from a video taken on a mobile to make their radios more clear, please help me. I cant go into details about the case, but what would the outcome be if everything ive said is correct.
