This was one of the harder things I’ve done. Talking openly about shunning, loss, and deeply personal experiences took a lot for me, but I chose to do it because I think these conversations matter.

Michael hosts it, and I’m grateful to have met him. He creates space for honest conversations about high control religion, cult abuse recovery, and what many people go through quietly.
