Went to a party last (mostly attended by university kids and youth) and it struck me just how much our generation (GenZ) smokes weed, it was a big event so a lot of people (probably in the thousand) where they're. beautiful ladies and good looking dudes all with a blunt in hand it was a sight to see, maybe some have just started maybe they are veterans but all that said it looked sad(to me) and it gave me more resolve not to smoke (been sober since 1st march). Hope they find help like i did

That's how longs it's been since I smoked my last blunt. My target was 2 months, and I'm achieving it. I've done a year before in the past and I feel like I can do it again. Its my final semester so I need the mental clarity and I feel it has helped

I'm not a heavy drinker tho of recent I've been having a drink every other night for a few weeks just enough to feel a buzz nothing crazy. I usually like it with orange juice, planning to cut it out.

Planning to start hitting the gym again. Hopefully I get the cash for membership
