Strength vs Cardio Days
Hi friends, I’m wondering if anyone else does this/feels this way. I rejoined burn after a 2 year hiatus(due to life). I’ve only been going on strength days because honestly, I hate and dread the cardio days. I don’t want that negative connotation/dread associated with the gym, or else it will make me not want to go. I get over 10k steps every day and eat healthy. If I only go to Burn 3 days a week for strength training, will I see any results or do I need to be going for the dreaded cardio days? Let me know what you guys think. Thank you!
