90 vs 180Mil Sound deadning

Slowly working toward my first real build, and I was just wondering— is the 180 mil deadening worth it?

For reference, the end goal is a few Deaf Bonce Neo’s and a Sundown Audio XV4 12… or maybe two, lol.

I know a lot of people say coverage in the right spots makes 80% of the difference, but I’m just wondering—given the setup will be around 5,000–9,000 RMS, will using the 180 mil actually make a noticeable difference?

Are there certain areas where the 180 mil is worth using, and other areas where it won’t make much difference compared to 90 mil?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

I drive a 2018 Nissan Altima, and I’m planning on doing the trunk, roof, doors, and floor. I will be going with NVX deadning.

Decided to upgrade my power wire to 0g as well do the big 3 The fuse terminal I purchased looked like this inside, i thought must be bad so tossed it and ordered a new one (different company) and it also arrived looking the same inside. I then unpack my Knukonceptz Ultimate battery terminal and it looks the same in the wire terminals.

Is this normal or safe to use ? Or do I just have some crazy bad luck rn ? All 3 different companies btw.
