I suspect this may be a bank simulator/fake banking app that allows them to edit or manipulate the balance and transaction details.

This has been used to scam people. We’re trying to identify what app it is so we can better understand how the scam works and prevent others from falling for it.

Has anyone encountered something similar or knows what app they could be using?

Also, scammer seems to have everything well-prepared. They scan the QR code, and the details shown on the transaction are correct, making it look completely legitimate.

This also doesn’t seem to be a one-time thing. The scammer has apparently done this multiple times based from their app's recent transactions.
