i use to be hardcore hiki like years but i went outside and got a job. i lost the job and havent been outside completly like in a month been unemployed for like 7 months x_x today i went outside for my psych meds so i consider that a recovery :) it felt good to drive in the car and feel the sun it been too long. . . the unemployment has kinda slowly been dragging me back to being a shut in.... but i made it out today :)
