Advice on how to navigate husband going back to work
Husband is going back to work once LO hits 6 weeks. I will also return to work once LO is 5 months.
I do the night shifts right now from 2-8AM which I don't mind but I'm exhausted after baby's late morning feed. Once he returns to work, he won't be able to watch baby until 2AM meaning I'll have the baby from his bed time until he returns from work.
Do you have any tips on how to keep husband involved without overstepping his mental health for balancing work and a newborn?
