I’m 30F looking for someone to be my roommate and join a June 1 lease. The half of rent is $2000/mo not including utilities. The apartment is in a brownstone that’s less than a 10 min walk from the Nostrand AC and the Brower park and public library. It’s 2 bed 2 bath. The bathrooms are ensuite to the rooms which is really nice. I’ve lived here for three years and am desperately trying to stay. Living areas are currently furnished, but happy to make room for your things. I have a dog, so you’d have to be comfortable living with a pet. We’re super chill and quiet and looking for someone who’s a similar vibe. Requirements for applying are pretty standard. Queer friendly!
