Anthropic & OpenAI declared SPV share transfers “void” - anyone affected?
Last week Anthropic and OpenAI updated their share transfer policies, declaring any secondary transfer without written board approval void, and explicitly naming Forge Global, Hiive, and several SPV platforms as unauthorized.
Anyone here holding through SPVs or secondary platforms affected? Has anyone heard back from their SPV manager on how they’re handling this?
