Ribbon Rewards (Scraye) - £25 when you sign up + 1% cashback on rent

Ribbon Rewards a.k.a. Scraye is a UK fintech and rental search platform that lets tenants earn cashback on rent payments. You get 1% cashback just for paying rent through their platform, or 1.5% if your landlord also uses Ribbon Rewards. On top of that, you'll get a £25 bonus when you sign up via referral and make your first payment.

This is genuinely passive income - set it and forget it. This is how it works:

• Sign up using a referral link (only takes a few minutes)
• You'll get a dedicated bank account in your name from Griffin Bank, a fully regulated UK bank with FSCS protection
• Add your landlord's bank details
• Each month, send your rent to your Griffin account, and it's automatically forwarded to your landlord

Ribbon Rewards tracks the payment and gives you cashback in points, redeemable for gift cards from retailers including Amazon, Asda, John Lewis, Starbucks, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Ryanair, Hotels dot com, Apple and many others.

The important bit: your money remains safe throughout the process. You're sending money to a bank account in your own name before it's forwarded to your landlord. If Ribbon Rewards ever shut down, the worst-case scenario is simply that the cashback stops and you go back to paying your landlord directly.

You also don't need to tell your landlord you're using Ribbon Rewards - from their side, it just looks like a normal payment from your bank account.

The cashback is credited instantly after each rent payment and can be redeemed immediately. Most retailers require a £25 minimum redemption, though some allow £10.

Once you set this up, you never need to touch it again other than to redeem. I set it up a year ago and it basically covers my mobile bill every month. Very easy free money.

Many thanks if you use my referral link below 🙏 Feel free to DM me with any questions.

Klarna - £10 when you make 3 x £5 purchases + £40 per referral

Klarna is a popular fintech that allows consumers to split online purchases into smaller installments. Recently, they've launched a debit card in the UK, which works like a regular prepaid card, with the option to use Pay in 3 on select purchases.

For a limited time, Klarna is offering a £10 sign-up bonus to new customers. To qualify, you need to sign up via a referral link and make 3 purchases of £5 or more. These cannot be top-ups or transfers to Revolut, Trading 212, other financial services or utility bills. They have to be categorised as purchases.

Topping up your Amazon gift balance works, and is one of the easiest ways to qualify. Just add £15 to your Klarna balance and top up Amazon 3 times with £5 👍 The bonus should be paid instantly, but can take up to 72 hrs.

Downloading the app and signing up for a virtual debit card only takes a few minutes. Existing Klarna users can also qualify if they haven't previously signed up for the debit card. Make sure to select the free plan unless you want some of the paid features.

You can then refer people yourself. You get £40 per referral and you can refer up to 10 people for £410 total profit.

If you'd like to take advantage of the offer, you can DM me for a referral link - I reply very quickly and would really appreciate it 🙏

Community Fibre - 10-25% OFF all plans + up to £100 prepaid card. Ends 3 June.

Community Fibre offers the best value fibre-to-the-home (FTTP) internet service in the UK. Until 3 June, they are offering 10-25% off on all of their 2-year plans. This means you can get 100 Mbps for £17.10, 300 Mbps for £18.90, 500 Mbps for £20.70, 1 Gbps for £22.50, 2 Gbps for £29.25, and 5 Gbps for £47.25.

The 1 Gbps for £22.50 is the best value plan, while the 2 Gbps for £29.25 is one of the cheapest 2 Gbps plans in the UK while the promo is running. The regular price for the 2 Gbps plan is £39, so you will save £234 over the course of the contract.

PLUS, if you use a referral link, you will get a reward based on the plan you choose:

Monthly spend You will receive
Over £35 £100
Over £25 £75
Over £15 £50
£12.50 and over £10

You can choose a prepaid debit card or a gift card from a wide range of stores. I recommend the former as you can stack additional cashback, and it can be added to Curve for in-store purchases. When you select your reward, scroll toward the bottom to find the prepaid card option.

All plans are symmetric (same upload as download). And since it's full fibre to your home (XGS-PON), the connection is rock solid. In my case, I get 2ms latency and virtually no jitter and zero packet loss. This is a screenshot of a Speedtest to my router:

https://i.ibb.co/rGQYxXFz/speed.png

The catch is that it is only available in London and surrounding areas - although they do plan to expand nationally. Check via the link below if they are available at your address. If so, you will almost certainly save money by switching from your existing provider.

Plans are 12 or 24 months - naturally the latter is the better value. Prices increase by a fixed £2/month each April and by £4/month at the end of your contract. Renew your contract to negate both increases.

There is NO installation fee, and if you're not satisfied you can cancel within 60 days with no exit fees.

For me, booking a slot was very easy, and the installers that came to my property were very friendly, answered all of my questions, and did the install and routing of the fibre exactly how I wanted it.

If this all sounds good and Community Fibre is available at your address, you can use my referral link below to get your reward - I'd really appreciate it.

Referral link: https://communityfibre.co.uk/friends?ci=RCNeHt9qLAL%2Faq74jXVBIQ%3D%3D

Non-referral link: https://communityfibre.co.uk

You will receive the reward within 90 days of activation. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Voxi is great - a sub-brand of VodafoneThree that gives you the same service as the main network at a much lower price and with no long-term contract commitments. They are running a promo until 20 May where you can get DOUBLE rewards for signing up via referral link - up to £40 cash depending on the plan.

The service is great and 5G speeds are really fast. As of August 2025, Voxi customers can use BOTH the Vodafone and Three networks following their merger. Voxi also supports eSIM, so no need to wait for a physical SIM to arrive. All plans are 30-day, so you can switch or cancel at any time.

You can currently get 20GB for £10, 25GB for £12, 140GB for £15 (promo), 100GB for £20, or Unlimited for £30.

A plan costing £20 or £30 will earn you £40
A plan costing £15 will earn you £30
A plan costing £10 or £12 will earn you £20

You will receive the reward after your second payment. You can choose cash (PayPal) or gift card (Amazon or Just Eat). Even if you are not interested in switching to Voxi, you may still benefit from the offer as you essentially get 2 months for free with up to 140GB of data.

For instance, if you need a backup internet connection for a couple of months, or you want to test out the combined Vodafone+Three network in your area, or you want another number for a bank switch, etc.

Many thanks if you use my referral link below. DM me if you have questions.

WorldFirst is a multicurrency bank account, similar to Wise and Revolut. It's meant for businesses, but anyone can sign up as a sole trader. They are currently offering 1.5% cashback on FX transactions until 31 January, 2027 when you sign up via referral link, plus £40 for each person you refer.

Additionally, you will get an extra bonus when you refer 3-20 people. This is on top of the £40 for each referral. If you refer 3 people, you get an extra £75. If you refer 10 people, you get an extra £750. And if you refer 20 people, you get an extra £1,500. This isn't cumulative.

For the referrer to get the £40 referral bonus and extra bonus, the person being referred must sign up before 31 December, 2026 and add $400 or £350 to their account before 31 January, 2027.

Referral bonuses are paid by the end of the month following the month when referees qualified. So if someone qualifies in May, you will receive the bonus by the last day of June.

Signing up is easy and straightforward, similar to Tide. You don't have to own a business, you can sign up as a sole trader who is thinking about starting a business. In this case, just use your name as the name of the business.

WorldFirst may ask for a proof of address - you can use a recent bank statement or utility bill for this. Once your account is verified - usually it takes a day - you will gain access to your bank details (GBP, USD and EUR to start), virtual debit card, and referral code.

If you would like to take advantage of the offer, you can sign up using my referral link below - I'd really appreciate it.

Yonder is a credit or debit card that is currently offering an instant £10 as soon as you've signed up and spent £10. You also get 2 months of free "full" membership, the main perk of which is worldwide travel insurance - so if you're planning a trip, it's a no brainer.

Just make sure to select the "full" membership when you sign up, and to cancel after 2 months, so you don't get charged £15/month.

You get a choice of credit or debit card. I recommend the debit as the credit card has very high interest with only a 15-day grace period, and will clutter your credit report needlessly.

Additionally, if you spend £200-£1000 in your first 30 days, you will earn 2,000-10,000 points. The points have a cash value of £0.001, so you would receive £2–£10 if redeemed for cash. However, if you redeem them for certain dining, travel, entertainment, or shopping offers, they can be worth £0.005 (5% cashback) or up to £50.

You will also earn 10,000 points per referral if the referees sign up to the "full" plan and make 5 purchases. Note that if you accumulate 31,250 points, you can redeem them for £50 against *any* flight - but only while you're a "full" member.

The card also has no foreign transaction fees. Combined with the free travel insurance and higher redemption value against flights, it's ideal for a holiday.

Let me know if you have questions. Many thanks if you use my referral link below 🙏

AJ Bell is a great investing platform for your SIPP or ISA. I use it for my SIPP and Lifetime ISA and I'm very happy with the low fees and vast selection of funds and stocks. Odds are if you're looking for a particular ETF, fund or stock traded on any major global exchange - they'll have it.

Platform fees are very low. There is a 0.25% annual charge, capped at £3.50/month for ISA and £10/month for SIPP. The cap applies to shares, ETFs, and bonds. Dealing charges are also very competitive at only £1.50/trade if you set up a regular investment. They also offer good interest rates on uninvested cash, especially on their SIPP. The web interface and app are very polished and easy to use and customer service is excellent.

AJ Bell is also one of very few providers that offer a Stocks & Shares Lifetime ISA (LISA). I won't go into detail on Lifetime ISAs here, but it's recommended that you at least have one open, as you are time-restricted on when you can open a LISA account - no later than age 40 and you can only contribute to it by age 60.

Overall, I highly recommend AJ Bell for your SIPP as it beats almost all workplace pensions. If you have a chance to do a transfer, I recommend it. I've consolidated all my workplace pensions from previous jobs there and I'm quite happy.

Now finally for the offer:

If you open a SIPP, ISA or Lifetime ISA with AJ Bell using a referral link and deposit or transfer a combined £10,000 within 120 days, you will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. There is no need to invest the money. AJ Bell pays 2.00% interest on cash in ISAs. You must be a new customer to qualify.

You'll receive the voucher within 30 days of meeting the funding requirement — often the next day — provided you haven't withdrawn or cancelled. Be sure to use the same email address everywhere so it tracks properly.

Additionally, until 18 May, AJ Bell is offering a £150-200 Amazon voucher when you open and fund/transfer an ISA or SIPP with £10,000. You'll receive £150 for an ISA and £200 for a SIPP. You can qualify for both, and it stacks with the referral bonus. You need to claim this offer after opening your account(s), and the reward(s) will be issued by 17 June.

Many thanks if you use my referral link below. 🙏 DM me if you have any questions.
