Robinhood Free Share Refer a Friend Offer Megathread (Get a free share worth $7 - $175 for depositing £1)

Robinhood is a commission-free investment platform with a nice refer-a-friend offer to entice people in to trying it out. They are registered by the FCA (FRN: 823590)

They offer new customers free share (or fractional share) worth $5-$175 to sign up via a refer a friend link and open an investing account.

Current Referral Rewards:

  • New users: Get free stock worth $5-$175
  • Referrers: Get free stock worth $5-$175 for each successful referral
  • Stock selection: Choose from a list of top traded companies like Microsoft and Amazon

How to Get your Robinhood Bonus

Both you and the person who's link you use will get a free share when you sign up and complete the requirements. Here are the steps:

  1. Click a Robinhood referral link HERE in the comments and enter your information on the sign up page.
  2. Download the Robinhood app and complete account verification within the signup process.
  3. Link your bank account or debit card to your new Robinhood account & deposit £1 as cash (no need to invest it)
  4. Wait for you free share to be awarded, then
  5. Claim your reward within 60 days (rewards expire if not claimed).

Once you are signed up, comment your link below and share it with friends!

Important Notes:

Free Share Value Probability of Reward
$7 to $8 ~96%
$8 to $15 ~2%
$15 to $25 ~1%
$25 to $50 ~0.90%
$50 to $175 ~0.10%

Recent changes meant that Robinhood posts had to be set to auto-approve, which unfortunately led to the subreddit being heavily spammed with Robinhood referral posts. To keep the subreddit clean and organised while still allowing people to share their Robinhood referrals, we've created this dedicated megathread. It will be refreshed and reposted regularly.

How this thread works:

  • Post your Robinhood referral link in the comments
  • If you want to join Robinhood, pick any referral link from the comments to get free stock worth $5-$200 when you sign up.
  • Contest mode is enabled on this post, so all links are randomly sorted.

Mega-thread rules:

  1. Absolutely zero post style comments. Short comments only, no more than 6 lines of text. If you think anything very important is missing from the post send a DM and it can be updated
  2. No large title text, bold and italics are okay.
  3. Only comment your link once (more than once will incur a ban).
  4. No funny business or spam!
  5. Comments breaking these rules will be removed, with no notification given.

For anyone interested, here are the full terms and conditions that apply, from Robinhood's website: https://robinhood.com/gb/en/support/articles/invite-friends-pick-stock/

And remember: all investing involves risk.

Do Natwest etc notify you if you don’t qualify for the bonus?

Hoping to get the RBS switch but have done NatWest in the past. Do they notify you via text or email if you don’t qualify for the offer? Easier than potentially waiting 30 days

Clear! - Get paid for your receipts and data

Clear! is an app that pays you for your receipts, usage data, streaming services and surveys. Each grocery receipt is worth £0.10 while others are worth £0.05. All surveys are worth £0.60 and take about a minute or two to complete. Clear! pays you up to 33% of what they get from your usage data which is the most lucrative of all the options. If you don't feel comfortable sharing your usage data, you can turn that feature off.

By using my referral code, you get a £0.25 when you submit your first receipt.

Proof of payment

To get your £0.25:

Clear! has their own criteria for their customers so you may not be able to join. They don't release what the criteria is so the only way to find out is to join and see if you're accepted.

If you do opt into sharing usage data, there are various levels where the higher the level, the more you earn with level 2 earning double than level 1 and level 3 earning four times more than level 1. To gain a level, simply keep scanning your receipts and answering surveys.

If you share your streaming services, you get paid £1 for each one. I share my Netflix and Disney+ but there are others like BBC iPlayer, Prime Video and YouTube.

Cash out is at £5.00 and you can exchange it for a variety of gift cards including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Amazon, and many more. Full retailers list found here.

YONDER debit/credit card - instant £10, up to £50 worth of points and £hundreds for further referrals

YONDER REFERRAL LINK: **https://join.yondercard.com/kzqnnvt**

Yonder is a card (credit or debit) currently offering an instant £10 bonus when you sign up and spend £10. You’ll also get 2 months of free “full” membership, which includes perks like worldwide travel insurance. If you’ve got a trip coming up, it’s a solid option.

When signing up, choose the “full” membership, but remember to cancel before the 2 months end to avoid the £15/month fee. But I would also recommend you consider the full, paid membership as the perks are pretty good!

You can pick either a credit or debit card. I’d suggest the debit card. The credit card comes with high interest and only a 15-day grace period, so it may unnecessarily impact your credit score.

There’s also a spending bonus: if you spend between £200 and £1,000 in your first 30 days, you’ll earn 2,000 to 10,000 points. Points are worth ~£0.001 each if taken as cash (£2–£10), but can go much further when redeemed on selected dining, travel, entertainment, or shopping offers. In some cases, that’s effectively around 5% cashback or up to £50 in value.

You can earn 10,000 points per referral if someone signs up to the “full” plan and makes 5 purchases. This can be worth up to £50 for redemption.

There are no foreign transaction fees, and combined with the travel insurance and better redemption rates on flights, it’s particularly useful for travel. I've recently used it in my trip to Japan and it's been really handy.

Feel free to ask if anything’s unclear. Appreciate it if you use my referral link below! :-)

Is this triple dipping RBS, Ulster & NatWest method viable?

I am looking to triple dip and have already initiated a switch to NatWest which should be complete in a couple days.

I am still waiting for my donor accounts to have their Direct Debits set up so I can then start the switch processes for Ulster (account is set up ready and waiting for a switch) and RBS (still need to set up an account).

If I just don't pay in the money to NatWest until the other two are set up/switched, can I then deposit the required funds into all three accounts one after another to fulfill their requirements in quick succession? Or has setting up my NatWest switch early potentially messed with my chances for an ideal triple dip scenario?

Zable credit card | £10 for new customers | £20 or £30 per referral

Zable are offering £10 free credit for new customers signing up through a referral link.

No ID was necessary for me but your mileage may vary. As with all banks/credit cards, a hard credit check will be done.

Fair warning:

The interest rate on this credit card is very high, at 48.9%!

So make sure you pay off the bill in full and on time so that you don't pay that crazy interest rate.

My advice would be to only use this card if you're sure you can always pay it off. Don't fall into the trap they want you to!

Steps for this offer:

  1. Use a link to get started

  2. Sign up and choose credit card (not loan)

  3. Make 1 payment using the physical card.

  4. Get £10 credit. Spend it

You can then refer others. It used to be £10 per referral but now it varies by user. It is either £20 or £30.

MSR TV Panel premium tasks, loyalty bonuses and passive earnings

MSR non-ref is a UK research app that pays you for sharing anonymised data. The best part is the Measure TV Panel which lets you earn from your normal TV viewing.

TV panellists receive a premium feed with weekly and monthly tasks, plus access to loyalty bonuses that aren't available to regular users. Combined with other tasks in the app, earnings can reach around £160 a year. You can cash out to PayPal or gift cards like Amazon, Apple or Asda.

It’s now open to most people, including Freeview, smart TVs and Sky users.

To get started you just download the app, join the Measure TV Panel task and connect your TV using the code in the app. If you’re using Freeview, go to ITV, wait about a minute, then press green green red green on your remote and enter your code.

After that you'll gain access to a premium feed with weekly and monthly tasks, plus loyalty bonuses that aren't available to regular users.

There are also "retro" tasks which are optional one-off uploads. These involve sharing things like app usage or purchase history from platforms such as Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok or Tesco. They generally pay more than standard surveys because they're based on real usage data, and you choose exactly what you share.

You can also refer friends and earn up to 20% of their task earnings (up to 500 MSR per referral).

Sign up using my link below and enter referral code zMg2KK96. New users currently receive a double welcome bonus when joining through a referral link.

Qmee address issue

I just created an account on the Qmee app and in order to start receiving surveys it is asking for my address but it is asking for a zip code and is not recognising my UK postcode. It seems to think I’m in the US, despite downloading Qmee UK.

Does anyone know a way around it?

Macadam: get paid to walk

Macadam nonref is a walk-to-earn app that gives you coins for your daily steps, with extra earnings from offers, games, and map spins.

How it works

  • 25 coins per 2,500 steps
  • 22,500 daily step cap (225 coins max)
  • 30,000 coins = £15 cashout
  • You need to claim your coins daily

What to expect

  • Walking alone is slow - ~129 days to cash out £15 even with the bonus
  • Works best as a passive earner alongside other apps

Boost earnings

  • Offerwall (apps, sign-ups, trials)
  • Games for extra coins
  • Map spins at real-world locations

Quick take

Easy to run in the background if you’re already walking, but you’ll want to use offers/games to reach payout quicker.

Sign up with my link for a 1,000 coin bonus: https://macadam.app/i/vxynmj?v=1 Code: VXYNMJ

Did you need the physical card or the virtual card?

Does the £25 just appear in your account after 7 days?
