How would you respond to this?

Open pool with bamboo all around 18x37 with infinity edge, spa and chairs on tanning ledge. We had two techs cleaning and it took about 23 min (usually a 40min pool solo). Customer was upset because they found two bamboo leaves after we left.

I apologized and said we’d be more careful to look over everything before leaving. I’m kind of bothered after doing such a great job and being accused of not doing a good job. What would you do here?

Does this look like a knife slice or natural crack?

Update: consensus seems like this is a crack that happened after the fact possibly from overtightening old unions. Thanks!!

Customer has regular cleaning service with another company. The filter was broken and they wanted to replace it but I gave a better price and he gave me the business for it.

Now the pool service company sent this and said it’s a cracked union and I didn’t do my work right. I sat at the filter for 10-15 min to make sure no leaking after installation.

Did they do me dirty and slice this or just bad luck?

Reta Before and After… still going

The first picture was me in October, no real plan other than visit the Dr about hormones and start working out. Started Reta in Feb and never have gone above 3mg / wk.

Down 21lbs and seeing lean mass slightly increase. Would like to get down a bit more and start bulking muscle a bit more.

Have done cycles of enclomiphene and HCG but no direct TRT. Also still struggle with gynecomastia (man boobs for my weight and BMI). Any suggestions welcome!

Customer called with clogged main drain (neglected and no drain cover I come to find out). I tried several things including a drain bladder on the hose into the line.

Finally came back with an air compressor and 1.5inch fitting to seal the pipe.

Cleared that sucker in about a minute.
