Anyone else have this issue? It’s not every time but sometimes I hit a nerve that hurts and I have to use my other leg and hope I get it. I pin in opposing legs each week in the same area. There’s weeks where it’s perfect with no pain and some weeks where it hurts bad for 2-3 days after.
Might just swap to booty injections, I assume there’s less of a risk of hitting nerves. Anyone try both, or have experience with booty shots?
