Slower decay of options’ prices cz of CAS
In the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed that Nifty & Sensex’s options’ prices have started decaying at a slower rate even on the day of expiry.. & options prices move dramatically in the last half hour
The new CAS rule is a concern for option sellers who are made to hold it till the last hour of expiry
However, today seemed normal expiry day of Nifty w/o much last minutes volatility..
Let’s hope this settles soon!
