CPP Transportation Services
I actually think its hilarious that transportation services has the audacity to cry about not having enough funding when its a result of their own inability to do their job. The shuttle service is total garbage, for some reason they're never working or either halfway across campus, and yet the drivers are still treated terrible, they have to sneak around just to take bathroom breaks, and its lowkey disappointing as hell b/c this school is a literal hill and getting around is like completeing an obstacle course. ADA is obviously an after-thought, god forbid someone has a disability and they chose to go to this school b/c admin couldn't give a damn.
Now you're telling me on top of everything else, these guys raised the cost of parking tickets to catch students in the act for opting out of buying an over-priced parking pass THAT DOESNT EVEN GURANTEE YOU PARKING because admin was greedy in accepting anybody who knows half the alphabet.
To top it off they're non-responsive, their socials are dead and they take little to no input from the people they're serving. University police is lazy as hell about their job except when it comes to giving tickets, I guess they get a promotion for dishing out 1000 or smth.
At this point, its just incompetent people who don't know how to do their jobs properly giving the excuse that money is an issue when its actually one about infrastructure. They HAD money, and they were still a mess, now they're crying about funding getting stripped away and using that as an excuse for why the shuttle only goes clockwise now, why is just stops running in the middle of the day and disappears, and why they need to increase the price of parking permits.
You know they're full of bs when our parking permit is more expensive than a UC's.
