Hello all, I'm a new soldier almost out of AIT and I've got the 201st in my IPERMS and I'm a little anxious about the assignment. I've heard a lot of negative things, but I've also heard that there's been a lot of leadership changes in recent years.

I need some solid advice from people with experience. Is it that bad? Should I be mentally preparing to hate my life 24/7 or is it just more Bullshint from the idiots I go to class with?
