My experience with Creality

So let me start by saying that I own an old ender 3 v2 printer that served me well but the constant tinkering and fixing was getting too much. So I thought to myself that it was finally time to retire the old thing and get something new that hopefully won't cause me headaches.

Everyone was pointing towards the bambulab a1 and after watching some reviews I too thought that it looked like a solid upgrade. But I also thought to myself that after all these years owning the ender, I could atleast check crealitys website. There it was, the SPARKX i7, the bambulab a1 killer/clone. Not to make the story any longer, on April 30th I went with Creality's SPARKX I7!!! it came down to faster shipping time (estimated 3-7 days) and the fact that bambulab is very closed source.

Big Mistake.

For the record, I live in Europe, in a Schengen member country, shipping from anywhere was never an issue for me.

I would love to tell you more about the sparkx i7 but the printer never arrived! AND as I have been informed by the customer service chat, I can't get my money refunded because the status of the order is "ready to be picked up by courier" and they can't cancel the order on their end. It didn't matter that the status has been stuck that way for literally 20 days.

So basically I got no printer, a hole for 339 euros in my wallet and a big L on my forehead for not getting the Bambulab a1.
