So I am trying to textsomeone, but it's a business number and I don't know if it connects to a landline or their/a phone. I sent a message, and it says RCS messaging, and after my message I have two empty checkmark bubbles. Does this mean that this number can send/receive texts? Is there a circumstance where I am still contacting a landline? Thanks! Btw newest/very new messages update if anyone was wondering.
