Game won't launch after updating game manually.

Recently installed Remnant 2 from fitgirl. I got multiplayer working but the game was out-of-date so I went to go find a recent update of the game. Went down a whole rabbit hole but eventually got one from Ovagames.

I put all the files in and then the game wouldn't run instead got an error saying "Failed to open descriptor file ../../../Remnant II/Remnant2.uproject"

So I read again say to reinstall the game after. I really didn't want to since it takes 5 hours but I had no choice.

I did that put it wasnt on the right version so I did the files again and now it wont start again.

Any ideas on what to do?

I installed this game on my phone bc it looked interesting. But everytime I boot it up It just puts me in a splash screen for 5mins before telling me to buzz off (not really but it says to check if I installed the game correctly. Which yk, I can't really do that...)

Searched it up no one else seems to have this problem (on mobile atleast).

Playing on an s25.

Tell me if you have any ideas
