For context for the past half a decade or more I think my brain has stopped finding other people (men or woman) attractive romantically or sexually, this would qualify me to be aroace.

But the reason for this switch off is because I know no person can meet even 90% of my criteria and I'd rather be aroace for the rest of my life than settle for less.

Which is where I'm confused, with my reasoning do I still qualify as an aroace or is there a different term for this? I just don't wanna say I'm aroace when I might actually belong/fit elsewhere specifically.
