I come from Jharkhand and will complete my BA very soon in June. I wanna pursue my MA at UoC in the afore mentioned Dept but I don't really know how it is. I have heard a lot about the similar course in JU but since I specifically wanna pursue Indian Literature, I am considering UoC.

- What is this Dept like?

- How is the HoD?

- How is the Faculty? Co-operative? Good? Knowledgeable

- Are exams held timely?

- Is evaluation good?

I stayed a night at the Havana Resort and Hotel near Chilgu Bazar, Saraikela Kharswan and trust me it was one of the shittiest experiences ever!!!

- They keep their tariffs sky high coz of Generator costs but last night from 11.15pm to 2.50am there was no electricity.

- Food quality is quite bad and taste is worse.

- There's no staff at night to attend to the guests.

- There's literally nothing in terms of facilities like pool, relaxation arenas, and so on.

1/10 experience fr!! If you plan for a weekend getaway or relaxation during a drive, please DO NOT consider HAVANA RESORT AND HOTEL!!

What is the scene of LGBTQIA+ community in this city? Do they get adequate support? Also, are people accepting to the community? Or is very outrageous? Are there people ready to attend events related to Pride Month?
