I've been wearing it daily for a few months now. It doesn't feel too tight and neither is it painful, but I still feel really uncomfortable sleeping with it because of the size. I also have to wear a retainer for my bottom teeth, which doesn't bother me at all because it's very thin.

At this point I don't think I'm going to get used to the nightguard. Sometimes I feel like I'm even clenching my teeth more because of it..

I've already asked my dentist. She says nothing can be done. But I was thinking of maybe ordering a thinner one online.
