What to do next?
I’ve had a personal eBay account for 10 years which I have only ever used to purchase items. This past year I’ve been selling products on Amazon FBA and have some extra product I wanted to sell on EBay. So last week I finally decided to create an EBay business account and within 10 minutes of opening it I received an email that my business account was permanently suspended.
I called customer care and was basically told “We can’t give you a reason but we don’t wish to continue a relationship with you” and then was hung up on.
I don’t know how to move forward with selling my extra products. My personal account hasn’t been banned but I have a feeling that it might if I try to create a listing. I’ve read that if I try creating another business account it’ll just get banned too.
Anyone else have a similar situation?
