iPhone 12 Pro Max locked with “iPhone Unavailable” need access without losing data
Hello everyone,
I have a big problem with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I hope someone might know a solution.
The phone has not been used for about 2 years, so no iOS updates were installed during that time. Unfortunately, I also don’t know which iOS version is currently installed.
There are very important documents and personal files on the phone that I urgently need access to.
The problem:
The PIN was entered incorrectly too many times and now the screen only says “iPhone Unavailable”. I can no longer access the device.
I still know my iCloud account details and I could reset the iPhone, but then all the data would be lost which is exactly what I want to avoid.
My question:
Is there any possible way to regain access to the iPhone without losing the data?
