Formal/Black Tie Gown Help!

I need help finding a dress/gown for a formal/black tie wedding and would love some recommendations!
I’m looking for something floor length or ankle length, preferably black. Black is definitely my first choice, but I’d also consider a deep burgundy or emerald green.

I’d like something form fitting that works well with an hourglass figure. For the neckline/cut, I’m drawn to sleeveless styles like halter necks, one shoulder, or something similar. Thin straps are an option too.

I originally purchased a strapless corset gown that I absolutely love the look of, but even after alterations, it keeps falling down. I don’t want to spend the entire night pulling my dress up, so I’m hesitant to buy another strapless style.

I’m looking for something elegant and slightly sexy, but still appropriate for a black tie wedding. Basically, I want to look hot without looking like a hoochie mama lol

My budget is pretty tight, and I’m hoping to stay at $250 or less. I’m completely open to buying secondhand as well. I’m just not interested in using a rental service.

Any and all dress recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Pls Help. I’ve been voluntold to build an AI maintenance platform.

Crossing my fingers and toes that maybe one of you could help me out 😩😩.

I work in operations for a small/midsize property management company, and we specialize in high-rise buildings.

One of the higher-ups approached me the other day and said they want to start integrating AI more into our company (thank god) and then assigned this project to me, which, to be fair, I’m actually kind of excited about lol.

The first thing they want to do is set up an AI-based preventive maintenance plan. Long story short, high-rise buildings have a crap ton of inspections, repairs, replacements, contracts, and recurring maintenance that all need to be tracked.

I’m trying to figure out how to create some kind of program that can help track all of this and also provide recommendations or a “plan” for when certain maintenance should be scheduled. It needs to be “active” if that makes any sense.

Ideally, each building would have its own individual maintenance plan that tracks past service dates, vendors used, contracts, repairs, replacements, upcoming inspections, and recommendations or notifications for when something should be “planned” (scheduled) based on past history.

There would then be a master maintenance plan that would then reflect that same information from all buildings, giving district managers the ability to view maintenance plans for all their buildings in one place.

Here is where I’m stuck 😵‍💫. I’ve used AI quite a bit, but mostly for normal everyday tasks, not for creating programs or anything like this. I have ChatGPT Plus and a pretty powerful PC, but i have NO idea where or how to start this process.

So If any of you beautiful & genius individuals could point me in the right direction and tell me how I even go about starting this?

My major pressing questions lol:

What kinds of prompts should I be giving AI to build or plan this out?

What platform/model would be best for this kind of project??

I’ve heard Claude can be better than ChatGPT, but I’ve never used it. Is it actually that much better?

WHAT DO I DO?! How do I start 😐😐

I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!
