Guest didnt know what a parking brake is.

Guest drove for 30 minutes with the ebrake on. Says the car is terrible it doesn't shift and the brakes aren't working properly.

Brings it back i can smell the rear brakes, rear rotors are blue .

Got a mobile mechanic to come by, the guest asks what's the red "P!". He tells him the parking brake is to secure the vehicle while parked.

The mechanic says the brake fluid is boiled , rear brakes are toast and other rubbers may need to he replaced.

Guest gets a different car and is gone.

He's admitted it in the app , and says he told customer support , he did mechanical damage and gets away with it. Says he informed customer service on the phone as well.

Here I am replacing all rear brakes on my dime. Not wear and tare they only have 8000 kms on them ( just did full brakes 3 months ago)

It is what it is. Just venting and the guests we have to deal with these days.

Turo pricing.

As a host I really miss our min and max price.

I have some cars priced at 150 a day , I would never price it that high and I see exactly why I don't have bookings in the future. Yeah we can manually set a price but that sucks compared to the old system.

Has anyone found anything to be helpful?
