2 versus 3 week taper for 100km Race!

Hi I have got my first 100k race in 3 weeks and was just wondering what peoples thoughts on a 2 versus 3 week taper is ?

4 week out (last week) i ran a 60km on saturday then a 25k the following day on Sunday

This week i was planning on doing 75% of total volume

Following week 50%

Then race week 20%

I have done some reading and see that people opt for a 2 week taper, just wondering what peoples thoughts on this was ?

*For reference i have consistently hit 100k weeks (at a minimum) since December of last year
