We are soon moving to Bickley behind the whitehall recreation grounds. Our little one is 14 months old
We need recommendations for a nursery.
I have seen online - kindred little learners, rainbow day nursery , little elms , the lotties are around our area

Any recommendations and first hand experiences from anyone would be really great.

We are very new to the area and we are moving from Wembley Park so we do not have a social circle to ask around

4.58% 5 fixed term vs 4.92% 2yr fixed term? we still want to know whether to be safe and opt for 5yr which is lower too
Or take a risk and explore the 2yr option as we would have ILR by then.

Has anyone received or heard about Ipi + Nivo immunotherapy ? Has anyone seen or heard positive effects ?
My Dad is being given the above, he basically has very rare mutations for which no targets are available.

His muscle weight has decreased a lot post immunotherapy. I am just worried if things are going south.

His bilirubin, creatinine levels seem fine . He is eating and goes for small walks. He has got mild ascites in his last pet ct though

Seeking insight or shared experiences for my 69-year-old father. He was recently diagnosed (May 2025) with Metastatic Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (LCNEC), primary tumor being perampullary region spread into liver. First line of treatment was forfilinox which he built a resistence to.

He is currently feeling clinically well and active, but he has experienced recent muscle mass loss while his scale weight stays the same.

He is currently on immunotherapy (Ipilimumab + Nivolumab), His CGP results came and Immunotherapy Markers: Tumor Mutational Burden (TMB) is Low (4 mut/Mb) and MSI-H is Not Detected (Microsatellite Stable).

Because of the low TMB and MSI-stable status, it looks like the current immunotherapy might not be the best long-term strategy, and we are waiting on the tumor board's final verdict.

Has anyone here treated high-grade LCNEC using targeted therapies like CDK4/6 inhibitors or Pan-EGFR inhibitors? Any advice on managing tumor-driven muscle loss while we wait to switch treatments?

We liked a 3 bed terraced house in parkside avenue. The house seems to be on the market since 4 months, is this a red flag?

Its priced at 550K , is that too steep for a mid terraced in that area?? We want to put an offer

We did some viewings at homesdale road & canon road abd turpington road bromley. All around the budget - 500- 550k

Need your input on waldo recycling dumping ground vicinity issue, does the street smell that bad? Is the traffic horrible?

We loved the houses but wanted to get more insights on the issues around.
