1st photo - 9am, eastbound at overlake village station, about 10% full.
2nd photo - 11am midday, eastbound at IDC towards judkins, about 5% full.
I wish the trains were built to Ballard and W Seattle. Would have been better utilized 100% more than these suburbs.
Edit - understood 11am is not rush hour. But 9am is. Overall, this kind of performance is inexcusable.
At this level after many competitions from Area, State, then on to ICDC, the difference from 1st to 3rd comes down to a comparative advantage. Judges are human and this is a daunting task, especially on the highest level of DECA competition.
Some judges rely on execution and polish in deciding order amongst the top 3.
However, I have seen many extremely polished contents and they don't make it to glass. In my opinion, judge should be encouraged to look for candidates that most fluidly combine the scenario with the rubrics/performance indicators in an engaging way.

~40-50% seats taken. One way was 2-car the other was 3-car services. Last pic was south Bellevue p&r parking. I thought parking would be fuller. S. Bellevue <> Chinatown ID. Super smooth rides. Love it so much.
Considering moving to Renton given shorter commute to Bellevue (as opposed to from Seattle). Thank you.
Edit - in particular, are the neighborhoods north of 900 on Duvall as safe as kennydale?
